Specialist Dt. Buse KARATAY ŞİBAL is a prosthetic dentistry specialist and accepts patients in her own clinic in İzmir-Bayraklı.

Especially ”Smile Design” and its sub-branches Porcelain Laminate Applications and Zirconium Crown Coatings as well as implant-supported tooth and prosthesis designs are among the treatments she applies most frequently.

Buse Karatay Şibal completed her high school education at Ankara Atatürk Anatolian High School and started her dentistry education at Hacettepe University Faculty of Dentistry, which was her first choice in the university entrance exam, in the same year. After 5 years of intensive practical and theoretical education, she graduated with the title of ”Dentist”.

Then, she passed the Dentistry Specialization Exam (DUS) and started her specialist education at Ege University Faculty of Dentistry, Department of Prosthetic Dentistry. She completed her education here with the title of Prosthetic Dentistry Specialist by writing her thesis on ‘Investigation of Stress Distribution in Short Implant Supported Single-Member Restorations Restored with Different Superstructure Materials in Mandibular Posterior Region with Finite Element Analysis Method’.

She has worked in various private clinics in Ankara, Istanbul and Izmir over the years. Buse Karatay Şibal, who worked on Health Tourism for a long time, has happily treated patients from many countries and developed her treatment experiences regarding different situations in different individuals and gained qualified experiences regarding personalized treatment plans.

Buse Karatay Şibal, who has intensive studies in every field of prosthesis, currently focuses especially on smile design with porcelain laminates, smile design with zirconia crowns and implant-supported prostheses.
